Introducing 2021 Fellow - Jennifer Arnold

Jennifer Arnold is the CEO and co-founder of MinervaAI, a platform to help financial crimes investigators make better decisions, faster. Jen is the former VP of Governance and Programs at Wells Fargo Canada, and the former Sr. Director of AML Transformation at CIBC.

Jen is a self professed AML nerd working on projects from systems design and implementation to training and policy and process work. Her most recent venture, MinervaAI, focuses on making the investigation process efficient, effective and fully compliant.
